We do not use cookie-based tracking or advertising tools on this site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and manage a potential client relationship. The legal basis for processing is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Sharing and processors
The contact form is delivered by the service provider FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to our email. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be disclosed where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep contact data only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage a potential client relationship. Once the data is no longer needed, we delete it. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to or restrict processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish, you can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
